Data deletion

You do not need an account: Avilumen has no user accounts.

• Write to [[COMPLETAR: correo de contacto legal, p. ej. privacidad@xentris.tech]] with the subject "Delete my data".
• Send it from the email you used to buy, or include that email in the message.
• If you have the order number or the Stripe receipt, include it: it speeds up the search.

• We confirm receipt within 3 business days, with a request code.
• If needed, we ask you to confirm that the email address is yours.
• We delete your data within 30 days at most and let you know when it is done.

We delete your email from orders, any photos you sent us for an avatar, the generated avatars and support emails.

Because the law requires it, we keep the minimum billing data (amount, date and product) for the period required by tax law, unlinked from your email where the law allows. Stripe keeps its own payment records under its policy; you can ask Stripe to delete them at https://support.stripe.com.

Avilumen does not currently offer sign-in with Facebook, Google, TikTok or YouTube. If you connect your account in the future, you can remove our access like this:

• Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → select Avilumen → Remove. Then write to us to delete what we already received.
• Google and YouTube: https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions → select Avilumen → Remove access.
• TikTok: Settings and privacy → Security → Apps with permission → Avilumen → Remove.
